SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders placed on Humanluxclothing.com are processed Monday-Friday (excluding major holidays) 8am to 3pm EST and shipped within 72 hours pending payment authorization and verification.

All orders are shipped from our New York warehouse. Any order placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be sent out on the following Monday.

We ship Domestic orders using UPS ground.

Domestic Tax added where applicable.

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to CA, CO, GA, HI, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OK, PN, WA. The rate applied to these state may be subject to local tax. Sales tax is not charged on orders shipping to addresses outside of the states listed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship orders to the countries outside the USA, e.g. UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to most countries like the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with UPS international and they will handle all VAT/Duties fees.

PAYMENT METHODS

Human Lux LLC. accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal. Payments made via PayPal must come from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address. Other payment methods are available and vary per region. (Apple Pay, Google Pay, ect).
